An Expression of Interest Campaign is a sales process where prospective buyers are invited to submit their best offer by a specified time and date. These offers must be on a Contract of Sale and must include the terms of the offer, including price, settlement conditions, deposit and buyer details.

All offers must be submitted to the selling agent by the nominated date and time and are kept confidential from other prospective buyers.

The vendor is then presented with all offers to review and consider. Sometimes the offer with the highest price will not always be the most favourable option as it depends on the other conditions of the sale.

Once all offers are considered, the vendor selects the preferred option and the contracts are signed.
