Our Strategy

Our auction campaigns are tailored to connect your property with as many potential buyers as possible by utilising the strength of our team and our technology. This process produces multiple potential buyers who compete to purchase on Auction day, resulting in the best possible price.

During the campaign buyers are provided with a guide price (or range) and the seller’s rights are protected by the setting of a reserve or minimum price prior to auction.

Another advantages of an auction campaign is that the seller generally has more control over the terms of the contract including deposit paid and settlement date, also if a sale is secured at auction the deposit is payable on the same day, the contract is unconditional and not subject to cooling off provisions’, providing more certainty for you as the seller.

Our auction campaigns generally run for a period of four-weeks with the auction held in the fourth week either in one of our specialised Auction rooms or on-site at the home, where our team works closely with each buyer to provide guidance and where some of the best auctioneers in the country work their magic for you by maximising the result.
